I won't be able to change their sprites in the comics already published right now, specially for Saturn and Blue Knight because they already appeared so many times. December 27 -I'm in a redesign vibe and some of my classic characters are getting new visuals. To sum up the progress and news that happened during the hiatus: What I am sure of is that I will never abandon the project (otherwise, I would have already given up two years ago).

If life makes me unable to finish the story as a sprite comic, my plan B is to release the rest as a written story with figures (digital drawings or scenes made with sprites). I do not know how much time I have left before I start working as a physics teacher, which is a career that will consume most of my time, so I must retake and hasten the production and publishing of MMX:U49 as soon as possible.

I'm not sure if I will be able to implement them in Season 3 as planned, since updating the sprites will take time that could be used to create sprites for characters that don't have enough poses. If you have been following the comic in the last few years, you may know that I have created new designs for existing characters. There will be at most three other big battles like that and I cannot spend that much time on them, which means I'll have to think on other ways to approach that, even if it may simplify the complexity of the events. I'm aware many readers may not notice or care about that, but it's a quirk of my storytelling. The cost of such massive endeavor is obviously the time and energy required to produce the assets and keep track of everything that is happening. The True Target is one of the most ambitious chapters this comic may ever have, where dozens of unique characters (and hundreds of mass-produced characters) take part on a single open battlefield, and I'm doing the possible to make it understandable while establishing real distances and times, as if the battle could happen in real life. In the last two years, I've had sporadic periods of production and likely only half of what I need has been finished. I had spend the year of 2016 preparing most of the assets that would be used in 20 in the Henry's Diary and Fanfare arcs of Season 2, but there were few assets ready for the last arc, which begins in The True Target. November 25 - A lot of things happened since the last time I could update this journal due to lack of Core membership (the journal would lose its custom skin), yet there were almost no updates in the comic itself. That is due to me engaging in other projects and having my time and mental health consumed by college.
